Welcome to read the General Terms and Conditions of ElisaK Photography.

I always want to ensure that Your experience with us is beyond incredible.

I also want to do the same for myself, which is why I would like you to read our terms and conditions.

My legal team has put up a little list of things for you to consider, nothing to scare you off,

but just fare rules that will make our journey together worthwhile.

General Terms

The team of Assigned Photographer/s are a set of experts who capture images with telephoto and wide-angle lens camera.
On the day of the Event , beyond the said timings will be charged at extra 1500 Rs per hour.
On a Full Day Shoot, the team must be provided meals. Otherwise meal breaks outside the Event will be planned in between the shoots.
There is no limitation on the number of images shot at the Event. The Client will only receive the best images (edited at professional standards) selected by the Assigned Photographer/Editor.
The Client must delegate a person to inform the Assigned Photographer/s of any special requests on the day of the event.
RAW files of images will exclusively be held by ElisaK Photography and cannot be transferred to the Client.
Images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. Retouching, digital manipulation and artist finishing is available to the client as an option, at an extra cost.
The fee of a rescheduled/postponed/ deferred event will be subject to change.
All image sizes are approximate. The Assigned Photographer/Editor will provide a pleasing colour balance, however does not guarantee an exact colour match. Electronic cameras do not capture records/images in the exact colour as seen by the human eye.

Legal Terms

Copyright of all images is owned by ElisaK Photography. ElisaK Photography retains the right in all cases to use the images for the purpose of advertisement/promotional activities on social media handles, print media, electronic media etc. Clients may purchase the Copyright of images at an extra cost, within a period of 6 (six) months from the date of delivery of images.
All bookings will be confirmed against an advance payment made by the Client or if otherwise discussed.
Clients must share the Itinerary 7 (seven) days before the event.
All change/s in the dates have to be notified via email or Whatsapp message.
The Assigned Photographer/s will not be held responsible for any photographs requested but not provided, as a result of late arrival of the parties at the Event.
Free access on to the stage, in Weddings, during important ceremonial moments is required. We will make sure we are not a hindrance to the ceremony at any point.
In case during the wedding if Photographer/s are not allowed into any particular space, responsibility is not taken for missing out on those moments.

The Client must delegate a person at the Event to brief the Assigned Photographer/s with respect to close family/important guest/close friends. Photographer will not be held accountable for not photographing desired people/events if there is no one to assist in identifying people/events or gathering people for photographs. Photographer does not guarantee that all events/guests/participants will be covered if there has been no prior intimation of any such coverage required by the Client.
Photographer reserves the right to stop/terminate all services without any refund on account of any misbehaviour/verbal or physical abuse/ provocative statements or harassment by the client or any family member, relative or guest of Client either during or after the Event until final delivery of the product. The client also agrees that there will be no interference from any member of family or guest that can affect the shooting process and agrees that the photographer is not responsible for any pictures being missed resulting from this.
In the case of unavailability/incapability due to illness, accident or any unforeseen circumstances, the Assigned Photographer/s reserves the right to appoint any other photographer to attend the Event on his/her behalf.
Photography editing styles are subject to change. Clients cannot reject images on the basis of style or composition.
The client understands that light is an important ingredient for good pictures and videos and hence will not make a request for turning lights off during events and unless the photographer has got his shots.
Images/Albums can be couriered at the request of the Client, at an extra cost (as per actual cost of courier).
Images will be delivered in 1 to 6 weeks from the date of the Event.
Images of small events will be transferred to the client by WeTransfer or Google Drive.
Images from Wedding will be saved on a Pen Drive and given to the client.
Each Pen drive is checked before dispatch. However, Client’s will be held responsible for inspection of Pen drive upon arrival for in-transit damage. A copy of the Pen Drive will be re dispatched at ElisaK Photography’s earliest convenience, upon notification by the Client, via email.
Issues/disputes pertaining to images must be notified to ElisaK Photography via email, within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery. ElisaK Photography will not be held responsible for any issues/disputes after a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery of the said images.
Digital Backup of images will be retained for a period of 3 (three) months only, from the date of delivery.
All cancellation must be made via email. Cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount.

Payment Terms

Small Photoshoots; Birthdays, Anniversaries, Coupleshoots: all Clients must pay a token of 20% of the amount as a confirmation for booking. This amount will be adjusted against the final payment.
Weddings: all Clients must pay 50% of the total amount in advance, and the balance 5 days before the Wedding Day. All payments and advance booking amount are acceptable in cash and online transfer.
ElisaK Photography reserves all rights to retain final images/albums, due to non-payment of full and final amount.
Collection of all images should be done within a period of 50 (fifty) days from the date of the Event. ElisaK Photography reserves the right to dispose-off images in the case of non-collection within the specific period of time mentioned herein, above.
Upon the payment of advance booking amount, or confirmation made in a different discussion, it is understood that the Client has read, agreed and is in agreement with the Terms and Conditions of ElisaK Photography.
