WHAT IS THE STORY BEHIND ELISA K PHOTOGRAPHY?

I'm Elisa, a photographer from Finland who travelled the world and finally landed in Goa.

And after meeting my goan husband I settled here and started my Photography business again after a few years break that I took for travelling.

​

I began my venture into photography as a child, following my father's footsteps, when I got my first Agfamatic 100- camera. And as the years went by, I became obsessed with the fundamentals that make a great photograph: light, shadows, composition, but most of all: emotion.

​

Wedding Photography is my biggest passion, capturing all the love shining through those Candid moments,

those split seconds where the real feelings are present, but which disappear in a blink of an eye.

When I started my photography almost 20 years ago, there was no definition of Candid Photography separately in my work, it was the only thing I knew. Nowadays it’s a big trend, but according to me the only style of photography where the real memories are made.

 

The fact is, that I find all different kind of people I meet in my work very interesting. The stories behind, the happiness and the sadness, the real emotions, that's the source of successful Candid photography.

Candid style I try to use in my Coupleshoots and Familyshoots as well, but in the end of the day, it depends a lot on you, how Candid you are willing to be in the shoot...

 

Together with my  team of professional photographers and videographers we narrate the moments of your Wedding Day, Birthday Party, Anniversary party, Bachelor/ette Party or just a Party, into an epic story that will be remembered.
